Shree Kaljibhai .R.Katara Arts College, Shamlaji  established Alumni Association in 2007 with a view to get mutual benefits to alumni and existing students of the institute.

Alumni association of the institute is actively taking parts in various developmental activities of the institute as well as students.

Alumni participation in various activities such as student interaction, programs on quality education, financial aids to weaken students, moral help and also organizing formal and informal meeting in a regular manner for holistic development of students.

Alumni Association also encourages the students to take active part in best practices, life skill development programs, commencing professional courses like; nursing and computer skill enhancement programs as well as encourages to join N.S.S, N.C.C  and other patriotic activities with a view to be helpful to the nation.

N.C.C Girl`s Unit is also started in the institute with efforts by alumni. Alumni also proved as helpful in such activities as; better transportation facilities to the students, career guidance, and success in competitive examination for job, public welfare activities and health camp assistance.

Thus, alumni proved as a source of support and inspiration for the students and the staff of this college. With the long list of known personalities in different fields that has become as alumni of this college has made the institution proud for years.

The alumni always come back to the institute to contribute in various ways. They often guide to the current students and share their experiences in the academics by orienting and teaching them or donating their books and other materials.

Alumni also contribute their time during college events on cultural events, sports events and other social welfare events in such a tribe area of Aravalli District. Alumni also share their experiences by giving training to current students on career opportunities and options in their own fields.
